Price Locker International L.L.C is committed to the highest standards of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance. We operate within a zero-tolerance framework for money laundering, terrorist financing, and sanctions violations.
Our AML Framework
Every trade engagement at Price Locker International is subject to a structured compliance process before any commercial relationship is established or any transaction proceeds.
Know Your Customer (KYC)
All counterparties — both buyers and suppliers — are subject to full identity verification and due diligence before engagement. This includes:
- Corporate identity and beneficial ownership verification
- Source of funds documentation
- Business legitimacy verification
- Regulatory status confirmation
Sanctions Screening
All counterparties are screened against applicable UN, EU, US OFAC, and UAE sanctions lists prior to engagement. No trade will proceed with any sanctioned individual, entity, or jurisdiction.
Suspicious Activity
Price Locker International maintains procedures for identifying and reporting suspicious activity to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable AML regulations in the UAE and Uganda.
Gold & Precious Metals
Gold trading is subject to enhanced due diligence given the elevated AML risk associated with precious metals. All gold sourced by Price Locker International is subject to:
- Chain-of-custody documentation from point of origin
- Conflict mineral screening (OECD Due Diligence Guidance)
- Assay and purity certification
- Export licensing verification
Record Keeping
We maintain all transaction records and KYC documentation for the minimum periods required by applicable regulations, and make these available to regulators upon lawful request.
